For your consideration is this necklace and earring set most likely produced by an American manufacturer during the 1950s. This set features a 29 inch faux pearl necklace. The cord is knotted between the glass pearls. The goldtone floral clasp is unmarked and rather unusual with a single pearl that is suspended on a wire and therefore a "spinner". The earrings are not original to the set, but have been added...clip-on paddle-backs. I've readhered one of the faux pearls back onto the paddle-back with jewelers adhesive. The set is in good overall condition with some abrasions noted, ie. testing to see if real or faux. Additionally noted is verdigris on the findings, much of which I was able to clean off. The faux pearls measures 7.9 mm on the earrings and 7.1 mm for the necklace. A lovely and timeless set to wear with your little black dress.
